White lining or cats eyes required

Reported via iOS in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 19:17, Sun 23 October 2016

Sent to Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later

Westbound on the A47 where the dual carriageway starts, up to the slip road turn off to Tuddenham has really poor/ virtually non existent white lining between the two lanes which makes it very difficult to distinguish the lanes in the wet or if there's a covering of snow. The cats eyes here also seem to have been removed or are damaged so also don't work in the dark.

  • The A47 comes under the remit of the Highways Agency. I have provided their email address below so you can contact them directly.

  • So fix my street sends this report to Norfolk County Council who replies to the report stating it should go to the Highways Authority supplying an email address. So Norfolk County Council Highways couldnt just forward the report to them directly? This app doesn't give you the option of the correct authority unfortunately. I shall re-report it via fix my street suggesting NCC Highways forward the report.

    Talk about making things difficult.
