Fly tipping even after a sign has been put up!

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council 4 minutes later

WfC has put a sign up at this spot detialibg that it is under surveillance- yet there's more fly tipping there again today (Saturday) please fence this area off so there is no space for fly tippers to dump rubbish

  • Same old problem the first picture is from 268 as it was in their front yard for a couple of days and the if you look the first chair matches the other picture so I would guess the chairs are from them as well. People are too stupid or lazy to phone the council or take to the dump!!!!
