MOT / TAX expired over a year ago, not showing on MID insurance database. Nearly ran me over crossing by New Chapter school, followed the car to Chapter House. This is the front offside front tyre. Please someone stop this car before he / she has a nasty uninsured accident. This car is driven daily and has been parked outside Chapter house the last few months.
