Dog poo bin still not replaced since knocked over

During the sinkhole works a lorry came down the closed road had to turn round and knocked over the street light and poo bin on the grass at the top of Gravel hill, bottom of Kidmore road before you go into Tokers Green lane, street light is fixed but poo bin was removed and never replaced. Now there is no poo bin till bus stop along shepherds lane or Hunters Chase junction.
