I note that this has been 'cleaned'. I spoke to the machine opetator & he said further work was required. I then spoke to someone at the council who said further work was not requested, but he would deal with it. My pucture was taken on 15th March. The reason this is so important is I spent many thousands on the basement of the building you can see in the picture. If that water cannot drain, it has to go somewhere & eventually it will flood my basement. I have raised this on many occasions. Please can you sort this out properly. Thank you.
