Abandoned e scooters & bike

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9152510.

As you turn from Chilwall Valley Road into Hartsbourne Avenue, a small single residential road a e bike was left now we have 4 e scooters left by it blocking the pavement. The surgery is close by so many elderly use the foot path, blind person. This is a trip hazard as one scooter is on its side. Please can remove them. Thank you.
