Manhole cover breaking in

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9151649.

The manhole cover is broken, it's signifcantly cracked, and bends when it is stepped on. It will possible give way soon. It on the green side of the pavement and looks to be plastic.
