Shop owner has too much display on walkway

The owner of A1 pet supplies and everything and anything and five other shops , from 162 - 174,,, 5 shops in total owned by one person , ( mr gohar jabbar )has 100 plus items, ie;- mops , pails, chairs, stools , dog beds, brushies, and a fridge freezer, and many more items , out on the public walk way that blow all over it or fall from string hanging on the shop fronts and also on the roadside of the walk way , making it very dangerous for kids and old people to get passed , or even try and cross the road , the council have been informed many times and he does not bother about any of it, this has been going on for many years,

He has started again putting stuff outside like a fridge freezer outside on the pavement it was clear for a few days but going back to his way of putting thing out he has got rails put on the wall with bags hanging on them now and shopping trollies hanging adove in my point of view it is his shop and will do what he want not listening to the council

He has started to put thing back out like toys christmas trees and his plastic buckets he is not bothered what you all say he just does what he want to and all the shopping trollies and bags hanging up on the wall
