While walking my dog this morning, I noticed that a traffic light appears to have been struck by a vehicle. The pole is bent and has damaged the tarmac around its base. This looks serious and may require urgent attention. The traffic light is located on the opposite side of the road to OCA School on Liverpool Road, Widnes.
