Several big trees have fallen from side of B471 across our boundary fence

The house has been unoccupied for a number of years before we bought it and so problem was not reported. There were some very large trees which have come down in the winds and bad weather over time. Trees have broken our boundary fencing and protrude a lot into our garden

  • Thank you for your report. We apologise for the delayed response, in this instance we have had to run an ownership check with our highway records team. They have confirmed that the trees form part of the privately owned boundary with the highway and are not the responsibility of OCC.
