Builders have erected camp with fences on highway land/parking spaces without permission or planning permission. It needs to be removed. I have alerted Andy Graham our CCllr.

The camp was erected on 16 March and the c intention would appear to be to keep it during the duration of the building works. It is located in the Woodstock Conservation Aream but WODC has indicated that this is a matter for OCC because CC land is being unlawfully occupied.
