As an update, as of yesterday morning this still hasn't been fixed, a part of Stert Street is still constantly covered in water, and with the weather now turning cold and frosty/icy in the mornings, this could cause a serious accident.

The water leak has been fixed, but whoever did it did a terrible job of covering over the hole - perhaps temporary, but there is now a newly created pothole in the middle of the road.
