The residents at 226 Lincoln Ave are leaving pallets and cones in marked parking bay outside their home overnight to reserve a parking space for the builders. It is not for a delivery but just so their builders can park outside. As the works are going to take weeks it is clearly unacceptable to reserve a space and is a hazard to pedestrians
