I reported overflowing bin by bus stop on the 24th February with the report number 8982408. The bin was subsequently emptied and I wrote back to you on the 9th March for which I have not had a response. In case it has been lost this was my message: The bin was emptied last week but the workmen throw three blue bags down the hill onto our bank instead of taking them away. I know the bags were previously in the bin as I looked to see why it wasn't being emptied for such a long time and noticed some sort of boards in the bags. It was precisely to prevent rubbish ending up on the bank that I contacted you to have the bin emptied and now your own workmen have committed an offence by throwing it onto our land, I insist that the bags are removed and disposed of properly and that you contact me when it's done.
