Badly fitted drain cover

The drain cover makes a clunking noise every time a vehicle goes over it. It is Very noisy and incredibly distracting for the neighbours whose bedrooms are mostly facing the road. This might seem a minor event but to the people on Longworth Road living around this noisy drain cover it is a constant source of irritation.
