3 water leaks - flooded footpath

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9143538.

There have been 2 water leaks along this path for a long time - there is now a 3rd within 50m of the original leaks. Water is visibly flooding the footpath - people have put bits of wood in the water as stepping stones. Needs urgent investigation as the public footpath is effectively closed for anyone with mobility issues.

  • Council are unwilling to get involved in this issue despite it affecting a public footpath they maintain. Anyone affected by this is advised to contact the local MP at mattroddampcasework@parliament.uk

    One leak fixed a while back, one of the other two is now (13th April) pretty well a stream. See photos.
