Next to the knocked-over stone bollard at the Priory Road end of the High Street, Downham Market, the drain grate at the end of the drainage channel is blocked, (see photo).

Updates

17 11 16. Nothing has been done and now this drain has a clump of grass growing from it that will soon be large enough to need mowing.
