Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9126385.

Roadworks closed junction speke hall road / hill foot road. No advance warning of closure. Diversion not obvious.Even an ambulance with blue lights was turned away More concerned about the behaviour of staff. While waiting at the lights I saw staff smoking, running in between moving vehicles, allowing plant to move without warning across live lanes. When I asked about the diversion the man just shrugged and said "it's there". No help offered. Dangerous and rude. Hardly Liverpool's finest.
