Wheelie bins are permanently kept on public footpath.

This is a danger hazard as it obstructs the public footpath, leaving people no option other than walk on the road to get past. This is hazard is heightened on bin collection days and when there are parked cars. I first reported this to local councillors in November 25, then again in January 26. However, the issue has not yet been resolved.
