Bridleway rear of Nightingale Close TQ2 7ST. Dangerous fencing post's that are sticking out into the pathway. This is on council owned land and requires proper fencing erecting. The fencing that was put in place was not put into the ground and has hence failed. Flytipping is also occurring as there is no effective barrier now.
