Overgrown land, dog fouling, vermin

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council 2 minutes later
Overgrown land owned by Laurence Homes which should be a public space now becoming inaccessible and full of dog fouling, potential vermin problem. Left to become a problem by owner in the hope of planning permission to build homes on the land.

All that was done was that council confirmed it was not their problem as it is someone else's land. I already know it belongs to Laurence Homes who are allowing it to become overgrown as they have been denied planning permission to build on what was an area that should have been set aside for amenity use but the owner is preventing it from being used as it is overgrown and full of animal mess.
