The drain is blocked problem

The road outside our property has flooded regularly for the past 10-15 years since we have lived here due to a broken road drain. We have reported via Fix my Street several times especially when continued heavy rain has fallen. The drain is now permanently blocked, despite your team recently apparently cleaning it and as you’ll see, the road is flooded with deep water due to the broken drain. Cars trying to bypass the flood, either choose to mount the pavement which is a major hazard or are forced to drive through in order to pass. This needs a clean and a permanent fix as it’s now becoming a severe risk to young families and animals in the local area with standing flood water continually pooling as soon as there is even a slight downpour. Please can you investigate at your earliest convenience.
