Litter down length of combermere rd

Uber drivers and food delivery drivers park on Combermere rd and throw rubbish on the street. Litter dropped daily by children and parents going to Stockwell Primary School and Lansdowne School which are off Combermere Rd. Current cleaning schedule is inadequate. Requires daily litter picking. Reported multiple times to Streetcare every week but problem is getting worse rather than better. Unclear if litter pickers are picking up litter on this stretch of road. Please advise how to get more regular litter picking on the street which is urgently needed.
