People without permits parking

Sent to Lewisham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9117990.

Since Albyn road has been made a no entry when schools are active, people have been parking in the permit holders spaces which is annoying if your trying to park outside your house. Where have all the traffic wardens gone? They need to be present at picking up time to move these people along
