Old bits of broken tarmac

For the past 2 weeks parking has been suspended for road works. You have gone without the work being completed , but the length and breadth of park street now has broken bit of tarmac and rubble all the way down it , it’s a complete mess. Please tidy up Or it will all end up in the gully’s and drains
