Sticking up Paving slab

Visibly stuck up and racking paving slab, 5inches up, big trip hazard, its opposite the banksey Muriel, which adds to distraction making it more dangerous

    Not fixed yet. I tripped on it but managed to catch my fall. Someone elderly may not be able to.
