Obscured traffic lights.

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9117461.

The traffic lights controlled junction at Manor Square Otley is obscured by a plant hanging basket at the entrance way of the Black Horse Pub. The right turn filter light can't be seen from the right hand lane due to the foliage of the plant. This causes unnecessary blockages of the junction. This is a safety issue as well as a congestion issue.
