Filthiest road in Widnes

The reason this road constantly floods is because it’s the filthiest road and pavements I’ve ever seen. Pavements are simply un-walkable. The road gutter drainage holes all along are clogged shut with mud/dirt perhaps from the quarry business so no rainwater can drain away. Along with the unacceptable dimmed streetlights you have on this road, lack of vision and rainwater will cause an accident. I travel it every day and constantly hit water I can’t see. Clean the gutters and pavements and you could also charge local businesses fouling it.
