Ibstone Avenue massive trees blocking road

These trees (conifers?) are very oversized and overhanging the road by a couple of feet even at ground level. Cars coming down the street have to drive perilously close to parked cars to avoid the tree branches damaging their cars. Pedestrians have to duck in between parked cars if a car comes up or down the road. Vans and delivery lorries scrape against the trees, and it must be very difficult for larger vehicles like bin lorries to get up and down the road without damage. I do not know if it is the council or resident that needs to manage these trees, but they need to be managed and severely cut back, and then kept under control.
