The gas works that have taken place have destroyed the verges along the street and filled the storm drains with mud.

    SGN recently attempted to repair the verge which entailed dumping a large amount of soil onto it. This has now completely covered the storm drain.

    The drain has been uncovered however whoever did this did not clear all the soil from the drain, so it is now blocked. It appears as it will now need someone to come with drain rods to clear the blockage.
