Footpath invisible and damaged

Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 17:39, Saturday 14 March 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9107430.

Footpath is severely damaged all down Fawler Hill and is currently sitting under about 2 to 3 inches of broken branches, leaf litter and mud. It is extremely unsafe to walk on as there is a huge amount of damage to the underlying tarmac structure. I have slipped several times on this, and saw an elderly chap turn his ankle over where it is so badly damaged underneath the rubbish. It has become extremely bad over the last month, you can't even see the path in places!

Council ref: ENQ261091912
