Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9106470.

This car often parks here on the pavement. But it completely blocks the pavement. And also the bin lorry struggles to get past on a Monday morning. The lady who lives at the house by this piece of pavement is partially sighted and needs to go on the road anytime she leaves her house.
