Damaged Water Cover

The above cover is sticking up from the pavement (outside No. 30). It's very dangerous and could cause injuries to someone either walking or cycling. I'm unsure as to the correct name for this. This was first reported on 3/11/25, and is still not fixed. It needs repairing urgently, thank you!
