Dangerous potholes on road shoulder

Multiple water filled potholes that are difficult to see and avoid due to narrow lane, particularly with oncoming traffic and in the dark. Dangerous to stop and gather evidence with no safe place to park and national speed limit on the road. My vehicle has sustained alloy wheel damage as a result on an impact.
