There is an ever growing problem of dog owners letting their dogs foul the footpaths and NOT picking it up all over the Park Estate Hazlemere and I have no doubt in many other places too, it is at epidemic proportions and a disgusting habit let alone a public health risk. Can we please have more signage in an attempt to deter these selfish lazy people.
