Vehicle crashed on road, abandoned and dangerous

Vehicle crashed into post a few weeks ago, there was a domestic incident between passenger and driver. The rear window was smashed. Vehicle was turned around to face the other way and slowly over the weeks bits of the car have been taken off it, this week the car has been put on a jack and a wheel and suspension removed. It’s very dangerous to children and animals as it could claspe from the jack. Believe it belongs to 1 smith court but they show no attempt to remove the vehicle from the road
