Footpath/bridlepath dangerous and impassable

Recently this path has been fixed. Unfortunately it was not done properly and the sand used has just washed away. It is now more dangerous than ever. There is a dangerous gulley running the whole way along and the path and it is just covered ankle breaking boulders and bricks. Too dangerous for a person or horse to use.
