Large pot hole near top end of WCR. Heavily used road by cars and pedestrians creates issues particularly at night

The pot hole has been here 2 - 3 years outside the gate of Hayes court 15 - 23. It has got progressively worse and this year is becoming a problem as cars enter and exit but more so the bin men etc. I've noticed white paint being used to highlight pot holes on this road BUT this has not been flagged.
