The light has been out for 6 months + and has been report twice before. The street light is at the top of the steps linking Somerset place to Sion Hill and at night is extremely dangerous with lack of visibility.

  • The street light is still out - is there and update as to the repair?

  • The street light that is not working was first reported over 12 months ago and is still unresolved. The light illuminates the top of the steps that linking to Sion Hill and in darkness is very dangerous. We saw a council official onsite approx 3/4 months ago to inspect but nothing has materialised since. if somebody falls down the steps the consequences could be serious.
