Pavement inaccessible

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9099660.

Large, deep pools of water form as the rain fell at 8pm (12/03/26) Meaning I could not use the pavement to walk home as the water was across the whole pavement.

The same at Victoria Square. No drainage, pavement that bow in the middle, probably due to cars parked on them even though it a double yellow, the cars are parked over half way on the pavement.
