Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9099025.

Crossing flooded constantly, no one can safely cross here as the water has still not been cleared. This is ongoing months, anyone who's blind is snookered. Have reported this one multiple times aswell.
