Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9098513.

The Traffic Lights and Road Signage intended for turning left from Emlyn Street onto the A4042 are hidden by the fence around the old leisure centre.

This has been informed before. It hinders safe navigation.

This needs to be fixed so the traffic lights and signage are visible.

The fix is a simple re arrangement / cutting of the fence with no impact it is not costly.
