Standing water flooding 20 plus feet of water on occasions up to a metre wide outside number 16 -18 fengate [ when rains overflows onto pavement ]because of amount of water up to 30+ ducks congregate and the fouling and smell is not very nice and could be a hazard as children have to walk this way to use school gate in fence every day you often see the parents wiping there shoes on the grass before going into school the ducks also use this water to sleep by at night the noise is intolerable at times -most of the road damage was caused by the stone lorries when resurfacing the road with 20 plus tons of stones on it wasn't really the right spot to park waiting there turn to off load granite -- this has been on going for over two years now -and has been reported before - the last time the workmen arrived the actually replaced a kerb stone when told it wasn't the problem --it wasn't on there job sheet -- please help and repair --
