Dead ash tree potential to fall

On strip of land between Dimore Close and Spinavita Chiropractic clinic there is a dead ash tree which is being weighed down by lots of ivy. Concern for welfare of pedestrians and cars if tree were to fall. Issue has been progressively more concerning over recent months due to more stormy weather.
