Drains both sides of road blocked

Both drains block and not draining away, they look like they have been blocked by falling leafs off trees on footpath (which are over hanging on the road). Water draining into garden. Hard not to have number plates in photo when the problem is on the road. This issues comes up every year and I believe it to be poor keeping of the trees on the foot paths

  • Road has been swept but all that has done is force more leaves into to drain causing a bigger blockage
