Post or sign leaning slightly (less than 20 degrees) problem

Hi,
Bowmoor Sailing Club is located on the road between Fairford and Lechlade. We have around 2,000 members and host national sailing events 10 and 15 times a year which means we get quite a lot of traffic including boats on trailers. We currently do not have any signage on the road near the entrance to the club and this is causing difficulties for visitors since they are not easily able to locate us as the club is set back down a track away from the road. Previously we had signs but these needed to be replaced so were removed. The signs were set back from the verge to avoid obstructing any sight lines. Before restoring these I wanted to check with you to make sure we're following any guidelines or requirements you might have. Do you have anything that you could send me, or point me to?

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
