No longer a pothole issue more like pothole mountain

Due to the potholes which have been filled badly, the material has now washed up into a form of speed ramp. Also the corresponding potholes have got deeper. People are catching the underside of their cars. This has been a recurring problem for many years due to the council not draining the lane adequately from when the court case was won by Mrs Barnes.circa 1991. The lane from this point Northwards is badly deteriorating and requires urgent attention.
