Exposed Gas Valve Covers - STILL UNFIXED

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9089684.

This was reported months ago. See https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 8994810 Today, they fixed the pothole on the other side of the street (leaving cones, tarmac residue and all sorts of debris - what a mess!!). However, the original problem with the Metal gas covers has NOT BEEN FIXED - although the report has been closed off as "fixed" Repeat - IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!! - See photo

  • The problem is STILL not fixed - the exposed metal drain covers are sharp enough to shred tyres and are causing vehicles to move dangerously into the centre of the main road (B471) when turning left.in order to avoid them.

  • Two further weeks have passed and this problem is STILL not fixed. It is DANGEROUS because it causes cars to swerve into the centre of the B471 when turning left out of Bridle Path. WHEN will it be fixed??
