Car obstructing driveway repeatedly.

The car pictured (Reg: ML57 NXY) has been obstructing our driveway consistently over the last 6 months, we have issued them numerous written warnings that we would get the council involved which have been ignored. We are absolutely sick of it, it has meant we have had to pay to park elsewhere and even got parking tickets when we haven’t been able to pay for parking - despite the two signs asking people to politely not park in front of the gate (where there is also double yellow lines) we repeatedly do not have access to our car spot because of this car in particular. I really hope something can be done about it.
