Tree roots making unven pavement. Overhanging branches blocking street lighting to highlight uneven pavement.

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9088680.
There is a large tree root deforming the pavement on Cameron Road, opposite No.11 Cameron Road and alongside No.1 Stone Road. The overhanging branches (see photo) block the public street light which would alert pedestrians about the uneven pavement. When I walk up here in the evening when it is dark, I'm forced to either step into the road (on a bend) or cross the road (on a bend) to avoid tripping up on the uneven pavement which I also can' see very well due to the obstructed public street light. Please can you resolve this problem.

Although the tree roots have been covered over with tarmac making the surface less uneven to walk over, the over hanging branches are still obstructing the public lamp post illuminating the pavement. Please can these be cut back as there is no visible light illuminating the public pavement for pedestrians making this area very dark to walk over a less bumpy surface.
